The restaurant offers a variety of options: from the tasting menu to the à la carte menu which, on the other hand, leaves guests the taste of choosing their favorite dishes.

 

Then there are the personalized menus, for parties, weddings, events or for any other important occasion that requires specific banquet care.

 

In summer you can dine outdoors in the atriums that once housed the courtyard animals.

In cold seasons you can eat indoors, in rooms with open fireplaces.

 

We use raw materials for the products of the company gastronomy, in seasonal variations, obtained from us or purchased from farms not far from ours.

 

We also prepare tasty vegetarian and gluten-free dishes.

Philosopy in the kitchen

The kitchen plays a fundamental role for the modern man: intimate moment of meeting between people eager to communicate while they taste delicious dishes with taste.

 

It is on these foundations that the kitchen of Tenuta Sant’Andrea is founded, where Tullia (responsible for the choices in the kitchen) has always tried to bring the true taste of the banquet to the guest friends; it does this by preparing traditional recipes typical of Salento and the entire Mediterranean basin, revisiting them, at times, with original touches; it takes the desire to see diners chattering like when you are at home on Sunday and you want to enjoy family, friends and relatives.

 

The dishes worked in the kitchen are born in the company gardens or in the countryside surrounding the farm structure so that the scents of the seasons delicately insinuate themselves on the prepared tables.

 

With this philosophy Tullia collected the recipes in a precious book entitled "La cucina di Tullia" and published by Botanica Ornamentale Ediz.
